Division Zero served as a consultant to Bobrow/Eldred for the design and documentation of this high-tech Design Laboratory for McGill's Mechanical Engineering department. The mandate was to provide a learning environment, flexible both in terms of its use and its technical specifications. Activities to take place within included individual design by computer, manual drafting, model construction, group work and instructional seminars.

The result incorporates a flexible power and communications distribution network in a customized steel and glass furniture system. Ease of reconfiguration assures almost perpetual viability.
